Reality Scenario Defense Training For Realtors takes real estate agents out of their comfort zones into scenario based situational awareness exercises and simulation drills! This class is a very intensive, energetic and informative class that allows Realtors to practice what they’ve learned in the Safety Defense For Realtors Class. The purpose of the Reality Scenario Training Class For Realtors is to help real estate agents to acknowledge and understand the importance of being alert and aware of their surroundings at all times. Realtors will physically engage in scenarios that will test their ability to think, fight and survive. By participating in the scenarios, realtors will gain insight of what it would be like if ever approached by an active aggressive attacker and why it is important to be prepared and have a plan of defense ready for active situations.

This reality scenario training course will help realtors learn the following:

• Recognize suspicious activities, people and behaviors.

• Test critical thinking skills.

• Identify certain red flags, pre-attack indicators and/or threats.

• How to avoid becoming a soft or weak target.

• Understand Action versus Reaction.

• Use their senses and voice commands effectively.

• Avoid the information trap.

• Learn several self-defense techniques.

• Learn how to stop, breathe and focus under pressure.

• Understand the importance of time, space and distance.

• The use of unarmed non-lethal considerations for defense: Kubotan, Paracord Monkey’s Fist, Pepper Spray, TASER® etc…

• Firearm Safety.

• How to use items that are available or around for protection or self-defense.

• How to communicate with 911.

• How to handle the aftermath of an incident.

• Vehicle Abduction and much more!

Once you have successfully completed the course you will receive a Brick Street Safety Academy Completion Certificate.
