ADST for churches
The past should NEVER be forgotten.
It should always be a lesson for all to learn from!
26-people were killed at First Baptist Church in rural Sutherland Springs, Texas.
9-people were killed at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
7-people injured, 1 killed at the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ of Antioch, Tennessee.
Unfortunately, there have been other church shootings.
It is vital that the church be steadfast in keeping their congregation safe and protected. With the recent mass shootings, it is necessary to implement safety measures to avoid your church from becoming a soft or easy target. Your church should seek and change any unsecured or unguarded opportunities that may allow someone to inflict pain, fear, death or destruction within your sanctuary.
Again, how safe is your congregation?
Acts 20:28-29 New King James Version (NKJV)
28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God[a] which He purchased with His own blood. 29 For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.
